Orders
I have a discount/promo code, where do I enter it?
You can enter your code on the checkout page. Once the code is entered, the discount corresponding to the code will be automatically applied to the total amount.
Can I combine discount/promotion codes?
Sorry, you can only apply one code to an order.
Can I modify my order?
You can always modify your order before you checkout. Simply go to the cart and add or remove items. If you have already placed your order, please contact contact@smartwaveproducts.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to modify your order before it is shipped.
What can I do when I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest you mark the package as "Return to Sender" and refuse the order upon delivery. Please contact our customer service before returning. If the order is not shipped, our customer service will help you cancel it directly, please contact us by email: contact@smartwaveproducts.com
Why can't I receive an order confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails take a few minutes to be sent or they end up in the SPAM folder. Please check all your email folders again in 30 minutes. If you still haven't received your confirmation, please email contact@smartwaveproducts.com and we will be happy to confirm your order and resend you the confirmation email. We apologize for the inconvenience!
What can I do if my address indicated in the order is not correct?
Please contact our customer service via contact@smartwaveproducts.com, we will update your address before shipping the product in 12 hours. If the products are already shipping, we can send you a new product to the correct address and return the old order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your products within 5 to 7 days following your order.
How much do I have to pay for shipping my order?
Please be assured that we offer FREE SHIPPING service to all available countries/regions.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once your payment is verified, it will usually take 24h to 48h to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
What if the tracking information says my order was delivered but I haven't received anything?
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we advise you to contact your carrier beforehand and inquire about the status of your package. It may be left at a neighbor's or elsewhere. Please contact us via contact@smartwaveproducts.com if the carrier's customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
I ordered several items, why did I only receive one package?
Some of the items in your order may be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) may not be displayed on the order detail page. In this case, please wait 2-3 days and if other packages still have not arrived, please contact us at contact@smartwaveproducts.com
Do I have to pay tax?
Regarding import duties, they may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office to determine their policies before placing an order.

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive your invoice by email after your order has been processed. You can also request it by sending an email to contact@smartwaveproducts.com
Was my payment successful?
Once your order has been fully processed and your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depending on the contact details you have left us) stating that your order has been successfully charged.
Refund, Return
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
Return and Exchange Policy
We accept 90 days return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange within 90 days after receipt. Please fill out the return form here with the necessary information. We will process your request within 24 hours, working days.
Under what conditions are returns not accepted?
1. Products that have clearly been installed or assembled.
2. The product is missing the original packaging.
NOTE: Please make sure the size and dimensions are appropriate. We do not accept the reasons of inappropriate dimensions.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
