This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable to heirs, subsequent owners or otherwise. No representation by SMART WAVE PRODUCTS ®️ , by words or actions, other than those set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.

Please be sure to provide all relevant information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirming the item number and quantity of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, and providing photos or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

Guarantee Limited to 5 years ( residential & commercial) on mechanical components such as, but not limited to, the entire spray head (includes motor, aerators, frame, restrictors, check valves, spray hoses, braided supply hoses that encompass nylon, silicon and stainless steel, etc.), LED function.

Electronic faucets:

Guarantee Limited to 5 years ( residential & commercial) on structure, finish, electronic parts and cartridge.

Guarantee Limited to 5 years ( residential & commercial) on mechanical components such as but not limited to braided supply hoses, LED function.

Faucet accessories:

Guarantee Limited to 5 years ( residential & commercial) for drains, sink strainers, soap dispensers and escutcheons.

Bathroom Accessories - Towel Bars/Rings, Holders, Bathroom Shelves, Hooks or Similar

Guarantee Limited to 5 years ( residential & commercial) on structure, finish and hardware.

Part 2 - Warranty Agreement and Restrictions 

SMART WAVE PRODUCTS ®️ guarantees that the products sold by SMART WAVE PRODUCTS ®️ will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and operation under normal use for the warranty period described in the warranty conditions from the date of original purchase. “Normal use” means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual.

If SMART WAVE PRODUCTS ®️ finds that any of the warranted products are defective under normal residential use, such products will, at SMART WAVE PRODUCTS ®️'s option, be replaced. SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ , replaced, repaired or appropriately adjusted at the expense of SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ . The parties hereto expressly agree that the original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ will repair, replace or refund defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. In no event shall SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️. SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ may not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover loss and/or damage due to:

• Misuse or unusual use
• mishandling
• Accident
• Neglect
• Acts related to events beyond human control, such as flash floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
• Bad installation
• Improper care and use of abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol or chlorine, steel wool or wire brushes as these will damage and wear away the finish. Significant exposure of the product to chemicals, harsh cleaners and harsh outdoor environments will void all warranties on finishes and materials.
• Modification (including, but not limited to, the use of unauthorized parts or accessories), or adjustment or repair. This warranty applies only when all components have been supplied by SMART WAVE PRODUCTS®️ . Substitution of another manufacturer's product and/or components will void the warranty completely.
• Normal wear and tear due to everyday use. For example, reduction in gloss, scratches, stains and alkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SMARTWAVEPRODUCTS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTURING COSTS, EXPENSES, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials or construction of a sink, shower system or faucet. Smart Wave supplied for residential installation. It does not extend to:

• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with the care and maintenance instructions provided with the product
• Normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental damage
• Defects resulting from improper use and/or installation
• Defects in accessories, strainers and rinsing grids

Lifetime Warranty Clause (Limited Offer)

1. Lifetime Warranty Offer: As part of a special promotion, Smart Wave Products is offering a lifetime warranty extension for products purchased between 01/08/2024 and 31/12/2024. This lifetime warranty replaces the standard 5-year warranty for all products covered by this offer.

2. Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, the customer must ensure that the product is registered with Smart Wave Products within 60 days of the date of purchase. Registration can be completed on our website or by any other means indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Lifetime Warranty Coverage: The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

4. Limitations and Exclusions:

• The lifetime warranty is personal and non-transferable, except in the case of an original gift.
• The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as gaskets, filters, and other similar components that may require periodic replacement based on normal use.
• Any defect or damage caused by use not in accordance with the instructions provided with the product is excluded from the warranty.
• Labor and shipping costs associated with repairs or replacements made under this warranty are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Smart Wave Products.

5. Claim Procedure: In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the customer must contact Smart Wave Products with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Smart Wave Products reserves the right to request inspection of the defective product before proceeding with a repair or replacement.

6. Legal Provisions: This lifetime warranty offer does not modify or limit the consumer's legal rights provided by the legislation in force in the country of purchase. Consumers retain all applicable legal rights under national consumer protection laws.

7. End of Offer: The lifetime warranty offer is valid only for purchases made between 01/08/2024 and 31/12/2024. Products purchased after this period will be subject to the standard 5-year warranty.
