Can multiple water outlets be used at the same time?
Yes, the shower system SMART WAVE SD2404 offers six different water outlets that can operate individually or simultaneously.
Can I install the shower system if I only have a single outlet for hot and cold water?
No, the shower system only works on those that have separate ports for hot and cold water. Please refer to the installation video.
Is the shower system guaranteed?
Like any other product, the shower system also comes with a 5-year warranty. Free replacements during the warranty period.
Does the water temperature display require a battery or electricity?
The turbo system and the temperature tester are integrated into the main body of the shower. When water flows, the turbine spins and generates electricity, which is used to display the water temperature.
Is there a water pressure requirement?
In general, the pressure of ordinary domestic water can meet the requirements. The specific pressure required for water is 0.1 to 0.5 MPa.
Can I change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
No, the temperature is displayed only in degrees Celsius.
Why is there water inside the item when I receive it, is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. All products will be water tested before shipping to ensure quality. We guarantee that none of them have been used or are second-hand products.
