Can I install the shower system if I only have one port that comes out with hot and cold water?
No, the shower system only works on those that have separate ports for hot and cold water. Please refer to the installation video.
Does the water temperature display require a battery or electricity?
The turbo system and temperature tester are integrated into the main body of the shower. When the water flows, the turbine rotates and drives to generate electricity, which is used to display the water temperature.
Is the shower system guaranteed?
Like any other product, the shower system also has a 5-year warranty. Free replacements during the warranty period.
Is there a water pressure requirement?
Generally, ordinary household water pressure can meet the requirements. The specific pressure required for water is 0.1-0.5MPa.
Can multiple water outlets be used at the same time?
Yes, the SMART WAVE SD2405 shower system offers four different water outlets that can operate individually or simultaneously.
Can I change the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
No, the temperature is displayed in degrees Celsius only.
Why is there water residue inside the item when I receive it, is this normal?
